In last 2/3 weeks I planed to finish my tasks as early as I can. For that when i found such specific tasks(may be small or big) to do , I started to note down them and thought about "what should be the best time to do this task?". I specified timing to each task (when can i do the task?) and started to work on them. The experience was the best. I became more happy as I am finishing tasks in time. Also I became relaxed. I found that many of task's best time was "right now" , such tasks I finished immediately.
Try it and experience the difference.

BJP in oppsition is best for INDIA
The BJP has good people , they have good ideas, then want to do best for the INDIA which is the important quality for the opposition party , as their main task is keeping "EYE" on the government and for the government's wrong decisions they must oppose to government.
So I personally fill that Best party should be in opposition rather than in Government.
Like in our software development , I fill that "Testers and testcases" are more important between the development and product release.
Same way in financial sector , Auditors job is more important than normal companies working.

Experiance of Good Team
I like to tell here my experience with the best Team . 2/3 years back In RSS i was the part of one event named as "GURUVAR MILAN " , which was specially for the people who came outside of pune and who are students. We are about 15 friends and that event was on every "Thursday 8.00 p.m.". There was one senior person , who also the part of our team, The team was so great that we all were working as a part of one team. Due to our core team more and more students were also joining us , as team was growing , some senior people thought that now we should use this team's member's and they started to assign some different task to some members.the objective was good but that breaks the team spirit and that team's power got lost and 1 day that event get stopped.
There are still efforts happening for running that event. In last week i went to that event where 1 of my friend met me and he simply told that---- "This team is not looking like the team that we were the part of.That team was great."
That friends word still i am remembering and also remembering that Team also.
This was the experience and same filling I was filling in mithi also that our current team is the best team.

Failure in selection of candidate for Padama awards
Today I read a news that ----
"Dhoni and off-spinner Harbhajan Singh were absent from Padma awards function, which was held at the Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi on Tuesday"
We , as a indian should not point toward these cricketers but we must point toward the selection panel who selected them to this award. It is a total failure of selection. these cricketers were "so buzy..." that they failed to attend the function were president is giving the "COUNTRY'S AWARD" ... very interesting
I personally fill that selection panel's first and most important criteria should be "Select the candidate who has love and respect to the country , no matter what is his success story or how much big his success"
these cricketers behavior clearly shows no love and respect to the country.

Good Rules are very Important for Good life
Good Rules are very Important for Good life
I am sharing 1 experience here.
I used to go to the dinner on random time. Sometime at 8.00 p.m., 8.30,9,9.30 sometime it crosses 10 also. My parents always tells me that take dinner early so that you will get 1 or 1 and 1/2 hr to digest before sleep , as it is not good that eat and sleep immediately. But it is not happening from me because the hotel where i took dinner is allowing entry till 10.30 so i also goes at 10, 10.15.
After someday i changed the hotel and i figured out that i started to take dinner between 8.30 to 9 on regular basis. This happens because that hotel has strict rule that they are not allowing customers after 9.30 p.m. This rule automatically effected on me and now I get 1 and 1/2 hour daily after the dinner which is good for health.
Conclusion is that If the rules are good then we must accept them and follow them , which will help ourselves only and not to others .
[ Note : Now a days it is becoming a fashion of breaking the rules , by a thought that no one can punish us but ultimately we are only the persons who will affected by breaking the rules ]

Actions are more important than just analysis
On Sunday i attended the Narendra Modiji's rally in Pune.He was the chief person for that rally to guide the youths.They was discussing the issue related to latest Mumbai blast. they give some interesting examples which i liked very much.
1] We are giving proofs to America and saying look how is Pakistan and do something for it. Modiji gave simple example , what will you do, if your neighbour came to you and started fighting with you ? Are you going to complaint it to another neighbour or will you give a perfect answer by replying in similar way so that he will never dare to repeat it.
2] What will you do if there is a fire in your society and you are eating some good delicious food into home.Are you continue with the food or are you going to rush to help.(this reference came from shivaraj patil's answer over the changing dress 3 times when blast happen )
3] what modiji done when there was bomb blast in Gujarat --
He told that we have arrested the people not only from Gujarat but from Jammu to kerala, even from Maharashtra.we are committed to teach the lesson to these people. At that time Maharashtra CM told o modi that our police department's moral is going to reduce as your police picking up persons from Maharashtra which are related to Gujarat blast . Modi told that, you have not taken action before the blast so now don't disturb our police force.
From all these examples i learned following things----
1] We must take strong actions without just analyzing the things . Actions are MUST.
2] Why should ask to 3rd person to solve our problem , we MUST HAVE have enough courage, dare and power to fight the situation.
3] If anyone need help , we should rush to help him by giving the highest priority.

Two Examples---
From 1 week i was struggling for purchasing a small pocket diary. I use the pocket diary to list my ToDo things, so that i can finish all my work.I tried to purchase it but for some reasons i cannot get it. Today morning i got 1 idea. In my room there was lot of xerox papers which are actually ruff papers . I took them , cut them properly and stapled them, and that becomes my new diary (in 5 min.).
then when i analysis i found that my requirement was not clear.
My actual requirement was ---
Bunch of papers which i can keep in my pocket and you it to note.
Second Example----
I saw the popcorn machine in 1 exhibition for the cost of more than Rs.1000 . After some days in "Grahak Peth Pune" , I say 1 small packet of Rs. 10 , to make instant popcorn , by simply heating the contents of that packet.
In this case is also objective is same that "I should able to create in house popcorn "
What I observe is that in most cases our requirements are not specific. if we made them specific then we can get alternate solutions and we will not stuck also.

OOPs --- A tool for code organisation
Today pankaj sir told us a good thing about OOPs.
How OOPs concepts comes into the reality.
While organizing the code our requirement was code should be modular.
From this we have the concept of function which does specific functionality.
If we write lot of functions then have we done the right organization? or something is missing?
Yes some thing is missing which is a Data.
we organized the functionality but our data is scattered,
then we realize that we should organize the data also.
So our code organization= data + function. = OBJECT
What is the good function?
Good function is the function which does only one thing and not the many.
what is good data?
which stores only data related to only 1 Object and not related to multiple objects .
So Now our Object become so strong that it has the data which is related to that object only and has functions which work on that data and 1 function does one thing only.
Once we build this structure we can start using OOP's tool to organize this object and there relationships (By using Inheritance,Interface , abstractions, Polymorphism ......)

The Dream of 100 SuryaNamskar to the Reality
The Great Day (Sankasti) 15 Dec. 2008
I completed 100 SuryaNamskars. The Successful Project which i was running for around 4 months.
I am remembering the day on which i scheduled this project.
Before 4 months I was daily performing 25 namskars. I was trying to go beyond 25 but it is not happening. Then I remembered that there was 1 day (when i was doing the BCS ) when i done 100 namskars. Then I have decided that why can not I go beyond the 25?.
Then I scheduled the project of 100 SuryaNamskar(Dream).
The plan was to increase 6 Namskars per week.
1st week 30,then 36,42,48,54,60,66,72,78,84,90,96 and at last 100.
This was my consistent efforts.
There was some rules i have defined
Rule 1 : I must do the Namskars each day , No matter it is Diwali, Dasara or Out of station. wherever I was, i tried to do the scheduled namaskars for that week.
99% i was successfully for this rule, 1 or 2 days i missed.
This helped me to build the stamina , and by that stamina I increased the count by 6 every week
Second Factor was came about Time Management
when I was on 25,it requires only 15 min. , then as I started increasing it week by week , more time was needed. for 100 I took 45-50 min. so time management become critical.
My and my room partner's habit was to bring the news paper and read it on morning. I realized that i am wasting more time on reading news paper. So i decided "not to purchase the news paper" . This save a lot of time for me.
When i should get up from the sleep? it also become the standard as if I missed it by 15 min, then also it becomes me difficult to do all the activities scheduled.
So a lot of things I learned in this project.
Most important thing is I got 100% success in this project. This gives me great pleasure.
Now i like to do lot of such projects which will be challenge for me initially but its end will be SUCCESS.
