from 1 week i stopped my dinner which i was taking in my mess. I experience very nice thing
1] Previously i automatically fill sleepy after a full dinner , now i am filling fresh and i can spend more time after dinner to do my study
2] I realized that there is no any need/compulsion to take full dinner at night, we can take light food.Previously when i took this decision I was frightened internally but now I became confident.
