I found one interesting idea to , earlier I used to set alarm of 6.00 and wakes up at 6.00,6.15,6.30..
now I set alarm of 5.00 and wakes up at 5.30,5.45
It is like, if you want to achieve something, then your efforts should target "more than what you want" so that finally while processing(+/-) , you will get what you want.
