Experiment to wakeup early

    I found one interesting idea to , earlier I used to set alarm of 6.00 and wakes up at 6.00,6.15,6.30..
    now I set alarm of 5.00 and wakes up at 5.30,5.45
   
    It is like, if you want to achieve something, then your efforts should target "more than what you want" so that finally while processing(+/-) , you will get what you want.

When Match is difficult ....

Yesterday I was playing a chess with Ashish sir

Some shares --

If you want to WIN a game in critical situation then --
    Remain on the pitch first, don't loose a wicket
    Remain COOL ,opposition will do a mistake definitely , wait for that mistake
    Identify that mistake and Use it for attack and win the game
   
    Do not accept the defeat(In mind while playing , no matter what you lost ), any time game can change and you can win.
       
    What I was failed to do --

    I failed to use my weapons properly --
   
    Many weapons get blocked and I failed to free , and because these are not free , I failed to use them.
   

Blogs Vs. Media

Today I realize 1 good thing about the blogs.

Blog will share "what U want to SAY" "AS IT IS " to the "External World".

Today our media is so "corrupt, politically biased", that every speech delivered by the leaders gets converted into "how they want to forecast"

So use of blogs, by such leaders will help them to say "What they really want to say" to the world.

-- I was reading Narendra Modiji's blog and i clicked this thing. For such leader who gets targeted from many directions , blogs will really help.

Ask lot of questions to get root cause

This is from my experience.If I failed to deliver the work, then my manager ask "why?".
if he stops at "the first answer of my why" then,that answer only shows "how it is failed Or some top level reason of that fail" ,
If you ask more questions on the answers, then the answers from more questions will show more root problems.

Also the person who is giving answers will get more and more clear on the problems, which will also helps him to find root cause and base of that problem

Also many times first answer tries to hide reality(not purposefully but naturally) , more "why" shows that first answer was wrong.

Leader should get the correct i/ps from his team

I fill that leader of the team should get the information "As It Is".The information can be good/bad but it is the real information and leader should accept that information, process it and should take the necessary steps.
Most of the time leader failed to get the real info , reasons can be --

1] Team member's over confidence give false projection to the leader
2] Team member purposefully hides the information.
3] There is no channel to pass the information from team member to leader.

There should be some key points in company culture which will give leader the real info to the leader.

1] Leader should ready to accept any good/bad news which comes from shop floor, without any unhappiness or without being angry

2] Team should be fill free/easiness to give real info to the leader.

3] Team members over confidence should be controlled by asking "how?" questions , which will lead to detailed design and overconfidence will get converted into the reality and the facts

"Why to speak true?"

One of my uncle always asks for all people, "Why are you not speaking true ?". They always insist for speaking true(NO MATTER WHAT).I also started thinking and I got very basic funda.

How 1 lie can lead you to Failure.

Suppose you are learning some thing from your teacher and teacher ask you , "Do you understand what I am saying? "
We answer it as "Yes" (Though we fail to understand ) , teacher goes to next level.Then we start facing
problems (Because that 1 lie created us incapable to learn some thing bigger) when we face the problem at that level, we again start lying.... Ultimately we never achieve and we never learn the things

So 1 small basic principle "speak true" can lead us to great achievement.

Also when you start speaking true, it is automatically start accepting the failures, and when you accepts the failure points then you have a space to find solution on your failures , if you have not accepted that you are fail, how can we improve and become successful?


After thinking on same line -- I observe that , In schools also , when teacher teaches to 50/60 students, and finishes one topic, they asks "Do you all understand ?" answer from whole class is "YES " , actually it the only 10/20 % student , who actually understands it , but all say "YES" (lying) , and there the problem starts.
which leads to failure in big exams ... and everywhere.

On Saturday I watched the match and enjoyed.

Some key points from that --

1] after losing 9 wickets near 195, PAK managed to get 233. Failure of NZ bowlers to get last wicket.Nz failed to "sop and think" in last 5 overs which give PAK 35 runs more

2] After NZ lost 4 early wickets , the cleaver batting of vittory and it Batsman partner gives NZ a Win in semi

3] Pak captain drooped easy catch which became very costly to PAK

4] Cool bating by NZ

5] Proper Use of Power Play in last section of match by NZ as ball-to-run diff was started increasing to 6 and more ..

6] "Undisciplined bowling" by PAK bowlers which leads to No Balls and free hits helped NZ more.

Today's Thought

First person who is leading on new road should be more careful, more disciplined ,he should document every incidence ,every problem and every difficult situation, if is even more better if is solves difficulties ,because after him, there is a whole team which follows him and if that person have done the best job then there will be very less difficulties to his team otherwise every team member will suffer a lot and does same mistake again and again

So choose a good person who is going in the 1st situation, and that person should take all measures so that team will suffer less.

Stared to go in SHAKHA and Enjoying SURYANAMASKAR also

For many days i was started o miss some habits.My surya namskars stopped , I started to woke up late (7.30).
Not happy with the day to day things, nothing was happening , many tasks are pending in todo list, It was becoming more critical o me to control all this things

I was realized that , there is a lack of some good thoughts , culture, good environment. Then I started to read
the book "KARYAKARTA" -- by Dattopant Thengadi (RSS PRACHARAK) , i read first few pages and in that i saw that, Golvalkar Guruji was alway strict about "Daily Shakha". they have given some examples and explained that the people who was with the RSS and now found "corrupt/misbehaving/characterless", these all people are not doing "Daily Shakha".

I became confident on the given example.When you goto "shakha" you will get good "sanskar" and when
you salute to our guru "Bhagava dhwaj" you will come on right track and automatically "bad thinking" get lost.

Guruji was alway telling that if you continue daily shakha , there are very very less chances of misbehave from
you. I am also 100% confidennt on this principle so .. I stated to go "daily shakha " and immediate effect is that my "Surya Namaskar " also get started , which was stopped from few days

Surya Namaskars are becoming very effective to me , when i do the surya Namaskar , the whole day became energetic
with clean mind , with happiness , and every thing with my side

when I miss Surya Namaskar , the day became exactly opposite.

So I must remain with the Daily Surya Namaskar.

Not being with Truth and not doing the Honest work

As i am looking and analising the normal life of a person , i understood that most of the problems are coming because people are not with the side of TRUTH or then don't want to do HONEST work(Because it needsmore efforts )

Examples :
1] False commitment
commitment of doing things which are not possible , because we are getting some thing valuable for it
3] Try to show the things that we don' have
4] try to show the capabilities that we don't have
5] giving prefrence to the wrong person(because of some relaionship) than quality persons



No. of people who are honest is also very few(may be 1% only)
All people are only moving towards earning money (no matter how is the character of the person)
Employees are dishonest also employer are dishonest. There is a cold war between them. Everyone want to take advantage of the situation.

Quality is also decreasing, Every product has decreased by it previous quality because of speed and money.
People want low cost products,emplyee wants high salaries, Employer want more profit , then who is going to suffer ?
It is the quality of product which is suffering day by day .

Means ---LOOP OF DISHONESTY ---- NEED TO BREAK IT



By doing dishonest work , not being with truth , what people achieve ?
ans : MONEY

For What is the use of that money ?
RELAXNESS
1] Luxurious Flats
2] Cars .......
3] Enjoying more and more relaxness
4] Spending more and more money on luxury items, unneceesary items


LEADS TO ---> MORE REQUIRMENT OF MONEY --> DO THE DISHONEST WORK , GOING AGAINST THE TRUTH---> CREATES MANY PROBLEMS INCLUDING HELTH PROBLEMS ---> AGAIN SPEND MONEY ON IT ---> AGAIN CHANGE LIFESTYLE TO EARN MORE MONEY --->


LOOP starts executing ...


How can I stop this ------
1] Being with Truth ....
Lot of problems will not come only.

2] Do the honest work
Which will break the DISHONESTY loop and starts the HONEST loop , which will give the +ve outcomes.

3] Stop the rich lifestyle, reduce the requirements

which will reduce the requirement of money,will build the helth , and automatically there is no need to go with dishonesty and agaist TRUTH.
