Learning Team work by playing games

from 2/3 days we are playing carrom in our company. Where i can understand how we can use this game to build the team work qualities. In doubles you need to play in team work and with correct strategy.Some of the learning's from this is as below--

1] you need to understand which coins your parter can take easily , so that you can attack on those coins that
he cannot take.

2] you need to coordinate with your parter for playing each coin.

3] You must listen to your parter and by matching with your view you need to take such decision which will help
to win the game

4] We must Analise the mistake and try to avoid it , instead of blaming each other.

5] some times we need play moves which will enable the parter to take a coin

6] Some time we need to leave our chance (with out touching any coin ) so that the parter can work and team
will win the game

Ultimate aim is "Team should win" and not "I should take more coins than every one "

Small Expences Big Benifits

Many time I realized that we miss to spend small amount of money to solve our important and major problems.Currently in pune there is a water problem . PMC suppling the water alternate day.I was discussing the problem with 1 of my friend and i realized that , why not create more boars to get the water? it is not banned in pune, not expensive also.
After 2 days 1 of my team lead told me that, in our society to took boaring ,and there water problem get solved complete.Cost is only Rs.60000/- for 200 ft and they distributed amoung 50 flat owners , so equation become only 1500/- per family.

The major problem get solved in only 1500/- where each family is earning min. 30000/- per month.

So outcome is spend money immediately wherever necessary and enjoy the good life

Less Food for dinner really helps to study at night

from 1 week i stopped my dinner which i was taking in my mess. I experience very nice thing
1] Previously i automatically fill sleepy after a full dinner , now i am filling fresh and i can spend more time after dinner to do my study

2] I realized that there is no any need/compulsion to take full dinner at night, we can take light food.Previously when i took this decision I was frightened internally but now I became confident.

SSY- Learning TRUST , RESPONSIBILITY ,through simple game.

This weekend I went to SSY retreat and experience was wonderful. We do one adventure/ trek , I want to share U the experience of it. We want to do 1 simple trek and we created groups of 3 people. In between 3 people, 1 person is blindfolded(eyes tied with cloth) and other 2 person must take care of him and all 3 should complete the trek without any injury or failures.In Addition to that , there was silence also , means no one will speak.

As 1 person is is blindfolded other must took care of him as best as possible. We decided how to give the instructions to that blind folded person
1] lift his left hand to say that we have to go left
2] lift his right hand to say that we have to go right
3] lift hand up to show that , lift the leg to climb
4] pull hand down to show that there is depth
5] to stop him we clap on his shoulder

The learning was excellent. We guided him well. we folded his pant so that it should not get muddy(rain was there ). we help him to put his legs at proper place , we bend his head to avoid any collision with dangerous objects. We took good care.

After some time I was blindfolded. I was relaxed and confident that other 2 will carry me safely , I also following their instructions carefully and moving forward carefully.

Learning was great-------
1] When someone trust on you , you always give your 100% to insure to respect that trust
2] When you trust on someone , you get relaxed as you are confident on that person
3] Trust does not mean that you are careless about the things that are happening but "you are aware" of
what is happening.

It Is All About Business

Today I read the news "Satyam planning to layoff 5000 people in 1st phase". Before 2/3 months one of my relative left the satyam and joined the good company. At that time Satyam was saying to its people "Don't leave the company, be with the company , we will come as a team to overcome this difficult situation ......"

At that time I was also feeling that people should remain with the company and help to recover the damage. Now They don't want some employees so thay are planning to layoff them . As a buziness point of view it is a good move , but what about employees who will lost there jobs? what about Satyam's previous call to employees(don't leave , we will work as a team and .....)

Now I realize that , a person who left the company and joined other company was cleaver and took correct decision.

From this I learn 1 simple thing

"IT IS ALL ABOUT BUSINESS"

Companies doing a business , We should do the business with companies , when companies don't need particular person then they can remove them, sideline them.

Lesson is improve yourself , do job as a business(give good to company and accept good from company) ,take good opportunities to move forward ..

Finally It is a business ....................................

IMP : Do not become emotional , be practical about your job

BJP must strict to its Agenda

BJP should not go with the NDA.BJP should scrap the concept of NDA. If bjp really thinks that they have good ideas and correct principles, then they should plan to fight with this good point in all over India(in all states and in all seats). the concept of NDA came for achieving the power(which leads to common agenda , which means BJP left some of its points ).Here I want to note that if you thinks that your agenda is correct then for achieving the power you are compromising some issues, and for the power if you are compromising the agenda then it is not a good thing. No matter whether you get the power or not , you should strict with your agenda. If you fill that some points in the agenda are wrong then discard it and commit to the public that these points are wrong and we are removing them.BJP should maintain its character(it should be world class) . There may be some elements who need power, let them go but you should not compromise for tour agenda and value

It you are honest,true, and good values with best character then you will definatly get the best ,but it requires some time and strict to agenda.

RSS is built on strict principles (without any compromise) only. RSS grow with the help of there "Swayansevaks"(who had best characters ,love with the country and its country men) and there behavior in the society only. BJP should follow the same path of RSS (I think they are not on parallel track with the RSS , they changed some direction(effect of power))

Do the work immediately

In last 2/3 weeks I planed to finish my tasks as early as I can. For that when i found such specific tasks(may be small or big) to do , I started to note down them and thought about "what should be the best time to do this task?". I specified timing to each task (when can i do the task?) and started to work on them. The experience was the best. I became more happy as I am finishing tasks in time. Also I became relaxed. I found that many of task's best time was "right now" , such tasks I finished immediately.

Try it and experience the difference.

BJP in oppsition is best for INDIA

The BJP has good people , they have good ideas, then want to do best for the INDIA which is the important quality for the opposition party , as their main task is keeping "EYE" on the government and for the government's wrong decisions they must oppose to government.
So I personally fill that Best party should be in opposition rather than in Government.

Like in our software development , I fill that "Testers and testcases" are more important between the development and product release.

Same way in financial sector , Auditors job is more important than normal companies working.

Experiance of Good Team

I like to tell here my experience with the best Team . 2/3 years back In RSS i was the part of one event named as "GURUVAR MILAN " , which was specially for the people who came outside of pune and who are students. We are about 15 friends and that event was on every "Thursday 8.00 p.m.". There was one senior person , who also the part of our team, The team was so great that we all were working as a part of one team. Due to our core team more and more students were also joining us , as team was growing , some senior people thought that now we should use this team's member's and they started to assign some different task to some members.the objective was good but that breaks the team spirit and that team's power got lost and 1 day that event get stopped.

There are still efforts happening for running that event. In last week i went to that event where 1 of my friend met me and he simply told that---- "This team is not looking like the team that we were the part of.That team was great."

That friends word still i am remembering and also remembering that Team also.

This was the experience and same filling I was filling in mithi also that our current team is the best team.

Failure in selection of candidate for Padama awards

Today I read a news that ----

"Dhoni and off-spinner Harbhajan Singh were absent from Padma awards function, which was held at the Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi on Tuesday"

We , as a indian should not point toward these cricketers but we must point toward the selection panel who selected them to this award. It is a total failure of selection. these cricketers were "so buzy..." that they failed to attend the function were president is giving the "COUNTRY'S AWARD" ... very interesting

I personally fill that selection panel's first and most important criteria should be "Select the candidate who has love and respect to the country , no matter what is his success story or how much big his success"

these cricketers behavior clearly shows no love and respect to the country.
