Blogs Vs. Media

Today I realize 1 good thing about the blogs.

Blog will share "what U want to SAY" "AS IT IS " to the "External World".

Today our media is so "corrupt, politically biased", that every speech delivered by the leaders gets converted into "how they want to forecast"

So use of blogs, by such leaders will help them to say "What they really want to say" to the world.

-- I was reading Narendra Modiji's blog and i clicked this thing. For such leader who gets targeted from many directions , blogs will really help.

Ask lot of questions to get root cause

This is from my experience.If I failed to deliver the work, then my manager ask "why?".
if he stops at "the first answer of my why" then,that answer only shows "how it is failed Or some top level reason of that fail" ,
If you ask more questions on the answers, then the answers from more questions will show more root problems.

Also the person who is giving answers will get more and more clear on the problems, which will also helps him to find root cause and base of that problem

Also many times first answer tries to hide reality(not purposefully but naturally) , more "why" shows that first answer was wrong.

Leader should get the correct i/ps from his team

I fill that leader of the team should get the information "As It Is".The information can be good/bad but it is the real information and leader should accept that information, process it and should take the necessary steps.
Most of the time leader failed to get the real info , reasons can be --

1] Team member's over confidence give false projection to the leader
2] Team member purposefully hides the information.
3] There is no channel to pass the information from team member to leader.

There should be some key points in company culture which will give leader the real info to the leader.

1] Leader should ready to accept any good/bad news which comes from shop floor, without any unhappiness or without being angry

2] Team should be fill free/easiness to give real info to the leader.

3] Team members over confidence should be controlled by asking "how?" questions , which will lead to detailed design and overconfidence will get converted into the reality and the facts

"Why to speak true?"

One of my uncle always asks for all people, "Why are you not speaking true ?". They always insist for speaking true(NO MATTER WHAT).I also started thinking and I got very basic funda.

How 1 lie can lead you to Failure.

Suppose you are learning some thing from your teacher and teacher ask you , "Do you understand what I am saying? "
We answer it as "Yes" (Though we fail to understand ) , teacher goes to next level.Then we start facing
problems (Because that 1 lie created us incapable to learn some thing bigger) when we face the problem at that level, we again start lying.... Ultimately we never achieve and we never learn the things

So 1 small basic principle "speak true" can lead us to great achievement.

Also when you start speaking true, it is automatically start accepting the failures, and when you accepts the failure points then you have a space to find solution on your failures , if you have not accepted that you are fail, how can we improve and become successful?


After thinking on same line -- I observe that , In schools also , when teacher teaches to 50/60 students, and finishes one topic, they asks "Do you all understand ?" answer from whole class is "YES " , actually it the only 10/20 % student , who actually understands it , but all say "YES" (lying) , and there the problem starts.
which leads to failure in big exams ... and everywhere.
